Founded in 2018, we are a charity providing grants and funding for professional dog training for dogs from local open-intake and rescue-based shelters that require guided and/or professional training in order to be adopted.

Private School Pups is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, which means all donations are tax deducible. All donation go directly to trainers to help dogs in need in Ohio shelter and rescues. Any amount helps, so please consider donating today. All major credit cards accepted.
With a vision of ending the abandonment of pets at shelters, we believe that the foundation of ending this cycle is through dog behavior understanding and obedience training. Formal training can be expensive, and good, knowledgeable resources for various dog behaviors can be difficult to find. That’s where Private School Pups can help. Our organization uses donations to provide funding support to those looking to enroll their adopted or foster shelter pet into professional dog training classes. Training gives dog owners and fosters the skills and knowledge of dealing with a range of normal and common dog behaviors, as well as provides dogs with the basic good manners that make everyone happy!
